As the business evolved, I found that I enjoy stepping into new problem spaces and bringing steadiness to them. Along the way, I helped shape and scale our Research Ops function so research could happen more sustainably and with less friction across teams.My work spans the full research lifecycle. I’m often at my best when direction is unclear or priorities are tangled - I help teams slow down, understand what matters to users, and reach a shared point of view. I also build systems or practices that make research easier to access and build on, including research panels, democratization programs, and an AI-assisted research repository.As a manager, I focus on mentorship, thoughtful collaboration, and helping people do work they feel proud of. I like leaving the work clearer, and the people I work with better supported.
