ABOUT PRESCOTT KING

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in 2022 with a BBA in Finance. I currently serve as a Senior Client Service Associate at Beacon Pointe in New York City.At Beacon Pointe, I support high-net-worth individuals and families by assisting with client requests, account servicing, and portfolio implementation. I work closely with custodians to facilitate transactions, cash movements, account onboarding, and operational needs, while also contributing to business development efforts through relationship management and proactive client support.Previously at Phoenix American Hospitality, I helped raise more than $125 million across two real estate investment trusts (AHP REIT I & II), partnering with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and RIAs. My work bridged capital formation and investor relations, where I built financial models to forecast returns, evaluate hotel acquisitions, and strengthen investor reporting. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to track investor data, compile feedback, and enhance communications around performance and strategy.Before PAH, I interned with Renovo Capital, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where I conducted industry research, developed DCF and comparable-company valuation models, and presented findings to partners on potential semiconductor acquisitions. That experience deepened my understanding of institutional investor expectations, deal dynamics, and long-term value creation.I am passionate about connecting capital with opportunity. Outside of work, I enjoy researching equities, evaluating company financials, managing my personal investment portfolio, and attending sporting events and concerts with family and friends.
