About Prerna Srivastava
I got the privilege of enhancing and building my life experiences through my professional journey with Piramal Foundation. It helped me to explore and learn more about people and their behavioral patterns. I was able to reach out to a spectrum of audiences from catering to a public schools to working with DOE enabling the teachers to become better teachers which ensures our children receive quality education. At Piramal, I deepened my ability to take ownership, enhanced my ability to listen to others. I was able to impact more than 1200 teachers and middle managers by reigniting their intrinsic motivation. My Own experience enabled me to work on Life Skills, Capacity Building, Education along with 13 fellows (youth from all over the country) reaching to an aspirational district of Madhya Pradesh. I have been passionately working in the field of education and capacity building for last 8+ years. I have also worked as a program coordinator in RPG Foundation, where I was able to develop a sound understanding of team management, strategy building and government liaisoning.
