HR Operations:• Framing HR policies, implementation and monitoring.• Collection of Joining kit/post joining documents from the candidates.• Leave and Attendance management for new joiner.• Timely salary processing of all employees.Performance Management:• Ensure all G&M sheets are completed within plan timelines• Facilitate the G&M review process to ensure that all reviews are completed within timelinesQuery and Grievance Management:• As HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution• Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies• Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances• Track employee escalations and take proactive stepsHR Data & Operations: • Conducting exit interviews and attrition analysis• Processing of F&F Settlement• Maintaining employee files. • Vendor Contracts - Maintaining records, Renewal & Maintenance of existing contractsProduct Development:• Manage product definition, including features and function • Work in tandem with the design team to define the look and feel of the product for an optimal user experience • Work closely with the quality assurance team to make sure the product is bug free
