ABOUT PRERNA JUHLIN
I am a researcher at the ABB Corporate Research Center in Germany, focusing on semantic technologies, industrial information interoperability and digital twins with applications to industrial manufacturing, automation and electrification. I frequently present at conferences and have worked on advancing industrial information interoperability standards, such as AutomationML and Asset Administration Shell.Previously, at ABB in Sweden, I collaborated with a large team of skilled engineers to develop and coordinate engineering tools while addressing interoperability issues. A growing interest in deeper investigations led me to conduct research in the area and develop connected data solutions as part of ongoing work. Before joining ABB, I received my doctorate in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, focusing on model theory, which by the way also underpins the semantics of W3C Resource Description Framework (RDF).To read more about my journey, check out my ABB Career Blog: https://careers.abb/global/en/blogarticle/careeradvancement-Prerna
