About Prerna Choudhary
As a child, I loved Mathematics and Computers, making Computer Science Engineering a natural career choice. My innate desire to work with people, businesses, and technology has helped me identify key product metrics. I am a customer-obsessed STEM MBA candidate interested in joining Product Management/ Program Management/ Marketing/ Strategy roles to make a positive impact.In 2022, I interned as a Sr. Product Manager Technical at Amazon, where I worked on launching a vendor onboarding portal for 10k+ AWS vendors. Here, I learned to prioritize, communicate, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.I am a software engineer at heart, and I started my career at SAP, the world\'s leading ERP firm, as a technical consultant. With 5 years of experience in software, product, and consulting, I worked with various Fortune 500 companies and customized standard ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions on client\'s systems. I have outlined the product roadmap, gathered customer requirements turning them into product specs & feature specifications, achieving release milestones. Through these projects, I realized the power of technology in solving business problems.I thrive on challenges that push me outside my comfort zone and knowledge set. I have generated multi-million dollars revenue for my clients by creating actionable strategies, forecasts, and budgets using Agile methodology. I have also automated outdated processes and identified product gaps using data-driven insights. Working with stakeholders worldwide has given me a diverse and multicultural perspective.I am proud to receive the DBS APJ STAR Award, the most prestigious award for SAP employees, at SAP S-KOM for piloting the product launch of the 1st SAP Japan conversion project.Besides my professional achievements, I have also been a leader at SAP’s Fun@Work group, where I organized 20+ events with 800+ participants. I have honed my communication, collaboration, and creativity skills through these activities.
