I lead Operational Risk Reviews for Technology and Cyber Risk stripes for ICG sector lines of businesses, applications and products to ensure resilience and security of environments. I design, plan and conduct Risk Reviews by assessing scores of risk data points across processes in end-to-end lifecycle to identify embedded risks and vulnerabilities. I help teams identify plans of action to mitigate the risk of operational loss and reputational damage. I execute periodic risk assessment to ensure sufficiency of controls mapped to all activities and underlying risks. I conduct lessons learned reviews and new product assessments to drive improvement opportunities in overall solution plan, architecture and implementation.
