What my day looks like - To take care of end-to-end lateral hiring for the product teams at ZS for roles like Software Test Engineering(QA) & Platform Support Engineering.To work with different Vendors, to explain them the requirement in detail and to follow up with them for the discussed needs, to provide feedback on a timely manner. Salary Negotiations with the candidates, to explain them our salary structure, to clarify their doubts.To ensure smooth Onboarding of a candidate.To manage stakeholders, maintain a good rapport with them, set up connects to discuss their hiring needs, to show the current hiring status, to update a few processes.
