I am a Learning and Development professional with over 14 years of rich experience in hospitality and soft skill training. I hold a Masters degree in Business Administration in Marketing & Finance. I specialize in imparting trainings in a very engaging and interactive way. I have successfully handled trainings across different platforms. Extremely comfortable in dealing with individuals from different age sets, be it professionals belonging to different industries, to college as well as school going children. My training spectrum in soft skill consists of behavioral, interpersonal and communication space and in technical training the focus is on exclusive workshops for hospitality and retail sectors. I have used my entrepreneurial skills to start Keys of Joy, an organization which works with kids and teens on Self development and Social awareness and holds workshops across different schools and institutions. Extensively worked on Personal Safety, Sexuality awareness and anti bullying.Keys of Joy is also into empowerment programs and support groups for parents.
