Six years ago, I stepped into my first HR role, excited but unsure of what was ahead. All I knew was that I had a deep love for people and a burning desire to transform workplaces into spaces where everyone could thrive. What I didn’t realize was that the journey I was about to embark on would shape not just my career, but my entire perspective on how people and organizations come together.With a degree in BMS specializing in HR and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, I’ve always been driven by the goal of blending academic knowledge with practical experience. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of sitting across from nervous candidates, celebrating milestones with teams, helping organizations navigate change, and partnering with leaders to drive growth.
