ABOUT PRERNA G. CHATTERJEE

Over the years, I have worked in different sectors as well as have worked with diverse groups of audiences. I have changed my field of work many times and have worn multiple hats at the same time. These varied experiences have shaped who I am today. In a career spanning almost 2 decades, I have worked in the field of advertising, conducted life skills sessions with children in both classroom and outdoor setting, and have also been a part of some qualitative research projects including “Getting the right teachers into the right school: Managing India’ teacher workforce (2018) – A World Bank Study”. I have been a POSH Consultant since 2015 and I have worked with organisations on strengthening their existing policy on prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, setting up of Internal Committee, and training the members of the Internal Committee as well as employees. I have also been one of the main faculty for 6-month Certificate Course in Questionnaire Design, Statistics and Communication, which was jointly certified by ASER Centre and Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Additionally, I conduct workshops on workplace communication, self awareness and leadership. I have a Masters degree in Education from LaTrobe University, Australia and Life Coach Certification from Coach for Life™ USA. At the core, I am a travel enthusiast, an urban gardener, someone who is practicing minimalism and trying to live sustainability.
