ABOUT PRERNA

As a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, I worked with clients in the banking and finance sector to deliver strategic initiatives across different lines of business. I practiced strong relationship management and perpetual improvement best practices, and became a subject matter expert in credit cards collections, remediation, and campaign delivery.I also leveraged my skills in data mining, manipulation, analysis, and visualization to provide analytical and reporting insights to key functional business areas. I developed and implemented innovative tools to automate and computerize the data analysis process, reducing manual errors by 80%. I used software like SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL Developer, and Microsoft Office Suite to segment and investigate data, evaluate existing SAS programs, and perform professional business analysis. I am currently pursuing two courses in Business Analysis Tools & Techniques and Foundations of Business Analysis at University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field. I am passionate about finding solutions to complex business problems, and I aim to apply my expertise in business analysis and data science to contribute to the digital transformation of the banking industry.
