An HR leader with over 18 years of diverse experience across global, fast-paced environments in IT, ITES/BPM, Management Consulting, and Design & Engineering. My journey spans HR Business Partnering, Corporate HR, and multiple Centers of Excellence roles including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Coaching, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding equipping me with both strategic perspective and strong execution muscle.What drives me is the opportunity to design inspiring people experiences and create business value through the power of human capability.
