We helped them build their website and social media plan and that has led to an increase in sales of 17% in year one. Our objective is to boost small business sales by a minimum of 15% annually, enabling them to double in size within five years or less. We do that through good business practices and empowering managers with an ownership stake in the company.Our real estate division actively seeks value-add opportunities in stable neighborhoods across the United States. We specialize in acquiring multi-family properties in southern Arizona with twenty or fewer units that generate positive cash flow. We collaborate with experienced operators to pursue value-add multi-family, mobile home parks, and self-storage facilities projects nationwide. Additionally, we are interested in participating in proven syndications that identify mixed-use developments with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 20% or higher.Our finance division leverages low-risk capital in small financial transactions with rapid deal velocity, aimed at generating cash flow. For instance, we utilize Groundfloor to facilitate very small loans to house flippers through a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC).
