Back in 2016 right after earning my B.Com Degree, I secured my first job as a Seller Support Associate with “The Earths Most Customer Centric Company”, was the best opportunity where I was able to improve my interpersonal skills. Every day was a new day where I would receive numerous emails on customer queries. My goal every day is to take ownership, empathise and dive deep into understanding the problem which allowed me to provide a better and sustainable solution to every problem faced by our customers. Because I believe that “Customer Satisfaction” is a key factor for the success of any business. I moved to London for a year. I was involved in various fund raising projects, conducting business development projects where I had the opportunity to work alongside founders. I love speaking and interacting with people. I go out looking for problems with the aim of finding solutions. When I am not working or hustling, I love to catch up with friends and family. Apart from those, I love reading books, watching documentaries, playing video games, looking for opportunities to upgrade my skills or make more money. Learning new skills and investing in myself.    Secured a job as a \"Financial Services Adviser\" for TSB U.K. where my main task were to provide financial advise and support to customers who were in financial difficulty. Assisted customers via calls with regards to queries on Overdrafts, Loans and Current Accounts. Displayed ownership and showed empathy which helped understand the situation and provide a sustainable solution to the problem.
