I currently work as Deputy Manager - HRD in TVS Motor Company Limited- Handling HR Planning, Performance Management, and Digitization in TVS Srinivasan Services Trust (CSR arm of TVS Motor Company Limited)- We have successfully implemented the Darwin Box HRIS, currently specializing in the AMS and Performance Management System (PMS) modules- Leading the new PMS tool implementation in line with the new PMS process- Created Performance Enhancement Plan framework & policy by studying the external process gaps- Coordinated the Talent management process which includes succession planning, development of new skills- Core team member of the Job Evaluation team that implemented the new Work level & Grade structure – through Job evaluation using Deloitte methodology in the year 2023- Coordinated first-ever employee engagement survey by customizing and creating with an external partner- Handled the 3 cycles of the Development Centre with SHL and Mettl- Ensured the plan & control of the HR budget- Managed the entire life-cycle of the performance management system, confirmation, and annual compensation activities
