Currently, I am in Firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office responsible for strategizing and executing data governance life cycle across the firm with the primary objective of enabling the firm\'s data to be AI ready. Prior to April 2025, I was lead a global utility team with diverse expertise in complex data analytics, visualization and storytelling with the objective to build \'fit-for-purpose\' performance indicators. In collaboration with technology and business partners, understand Systems of Records, Processes, Objectives and leverage intelligent automation solutions to design and operationalize key performance indicators for valuable insights- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to senior stakeholders to drive organizational priorities through structured cadence of interventions on E2E operations conduct- Partner with global LoB leads and cross-functional support teams to identify improvement opportunities, integrate automation tools and business intelligence to meet business objectives- Proven track record in leading global utility teams accountable for Resiliency and Information Risk management, driving strong controls culture, risk mitigation and compliance- Expertise in new site build out through location strategy, ramp up and operationalizing new footprint - evolving business proposition from ‘cost arbitrage’ to ‘value-based partnership’- Culture carrier, team player, with cross border experience (stint in US and UK), diverse cultural exposure of leading multi-functional roles with global matrix reportingIn 2017, I opted for career break to champion my spouse in pursuing her passion in building a solid reputation in hospitality industry. Her venture completed 6 years of operations and continues to gain popularity with great success stories to tell. I re-joined J.P. Morgan in 2021.
