Implemented a comprehensive COVID 19 contingency plan to sustain the business activities. Led a team to Indonesia to understand and transfer BDP in Gateway facility design, in 2019. Successful transition of EXIM Clearance from manual to EDI in 2019-20 and 2017, respectively. Smooth transition of EXIM processes in line with the new Goods & Services Tax (GST) regime in 2017. Operationalized the New Express Export Terminal for DHL at Delhi airport in 2017. Smooth transition of Customs Entry submission from Easy Clear to DCE (DHL Clearance Engine) in 2016.
