Responsible for Qualification of processes and quality system during new part development, Change of supplier, Change of RM, Change of Design etc. and Supplier approval (for new supplier/ Alternate suppliers). Performing regular product specific compliance audit at supplier to ensure supplier is capable of delivering right quality parts. Supply Part approval during its evolution process through APQP. Having Good Analytical skills, with sound technological Know-how.(Stamping, welding, painting, Machining, Insulation, casting, bearings,etc). Support Supplier team in effective implementation of Supplier PFMEA, Quality Assurance plan and Controls. Work with central team, Industrial and suppliers quality team in resolving issues impacting the product quality. Demand analysis from supplier for the problems reported in plant and ensure effectiveness of the same through regular review. Training on Quality tools to supplier team. Participate in meeting with different teams, entities and country for projects.
