Led research on classifying and modelling aleatory and epistemic uncertainty using Bayesian inference. Motivated by the NASA and DNV 2025 challenge, the research incorporates Shapley values to fairly attribute influence among variables during the optimization process. This enables better resource allocation and robust control input design- Analytical gradient and Hessian evaluation for system Identification using state‐Parameter transition tensors.Analytical gradient and Hessian information are generated, utilizing state and parameter transition matrices, enhancing optimization accuracy by 20% in extreme cases, surpassing that of existing commercial system identification toolboxes (Ongoing)- Mitigation of dynamic instabilities (flutter/divergence) of beam vibration (designing a model for physics-based simulation and experiment mimicking the system) under follower force by passive control measures (Ongoing)- Experimental setup for testing dynamic instability of a beam vibration under follower force, while parameter uncertainty is present in the system (Ongoing)- Skills: Object Oriented Programming, Nonlinear Systems, Optimization, System Identification, Statisticalmethods, Monte-Carlo Simulation, Sensors and Data Acquisition, Signal Processing, High/Low-pass Filters.
