I shortlist suitable profiles by assessing technical competencies, availability, and alignment with client expectations, and coordinate with candidates to gather updated profiles, availability, and commercial details. I work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles, maintain candidate pipelines, and support the end-to-end sourcing process to fulfill niche and urgent requirements efficiently.
