I’m a Psychologist, Nutritionist, and Mental Health Counsellor deeply passionate about integrating psychology and nutrition to help individuals build healthier relationships with food, emotions, and themselves. Through NutriEros, I focus on creating mind – body aligned lifestyle transformations and I am currently exploring full-time roles that allow me to combine therapeutic counselling with evidence-based nutrition.My professional journey blends diverse but complementary experiences clinical nutrition practice, marriage and relationship counselling, burn victim rehabilitation support, and psychiatric social work. Alongside this, my six-year background in animation production management strengthened my organizational, client-handling, and program coordination abilities. Together, these experiences allow me to deliver structured, empathetic, and outcome-oriented interventions across nutrition, mental health, and behavioral transformation.
