Responsibilitieso Managing pricing and implemented pricing strategies in alignment with the guidance of the CEO (Mr. Jaffar Khan).o Handling end-to-end export shipments, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.o Managing import shipments to ensure prompt and timely delivery.o Monitoring shipment schedules and tracking progress to anticipate and address any potential delays.o Collaborate with the team, marketing department, and branch offices to meet turnaround time for pricing requests. o Proactively resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless loading processes.o Take responsibility for managing and handling Cross trade. o Conduct follow-ups with shippers and overseas agents, predominantly WCA network agents, on quotes and finalize RFQs for ocean freight movements.o Develop and maintain a comprehensive database to evaluate the success of pricing levels and strategies through a quoted vs converted business analysis.o Prepare and deliver presentations, work with spreadsheets, and actively participate in monthly MIS meetings to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.Impact• Securing the best rates available in the market, actively contributing to the profitability of the company. • Ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and timely submission of quotes, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and agents to foster future business opportunities.Achievement Successfully onboard export as well Cross trade shipments, resulting in increased business growth and expansion into new markets Providing data & analysis to support management decision-making & improvement of pricing strategies.
