Executed 30 cell-based studies to evaluate cell viability, cytotoxicity, and immune cell function using CTG assay, co-culture killing assays, ELISPOT, MSD, ADCC/CDC, and T-cell activation assays, supporting oncology drug discovery and development pipelines. Maintained and passaged 20+ mammalian cell lines including suspension, adherent, and mixed cultures. Isolated primary cells and successfully developed tissue-derived organoids to establish complex in vitro models for preclinical studies. Performed lentiviral and AAV-based transductions and transfections using HEK cells to introduce candidate constructs into mammalian models, supporting evaluation of novel immuno-oncology therapeutics. Isolated primary cells, including splenocytes, from rodent tissues to support downstream immunological assays, improving assay reliability and data reproducibility in preclinical models. Performed protein extraction and quantification followed by Western blot and JESS analysis of key markers to support accuracy and reproducibility in functional screening studies. Validated and reviewed GLP SOPs and equipment protocols to improve lab compliance and efficiency. Managed inventory and lab operations using Excel and internal tools, supporting 10+ projects and preventing supply-related delays. Maintained detailed electronic lab records and regularly communicated with study directors to provide project updates and ensure research timelines were met.
