Prior to that, I have briefly held few positions in different Quality Assurance & Control roles in different industries. Department Head and Management Representative of QMS & EMS I am principal coordinator of new products development & consumer support. We take Four ISI Licenses of different verity of Pipes from Bureau of Indian Standard in SURYA ROSHNI LIMITED during a short period of 1 year only. During my Ten Years Career I have very good command and relationship with various Inspection Agencies Like BVIQ, EIL, GLIS, SGS, MODI,TUV, DNV, BARC, SGS, IRS,RITES, DGS & D,NPCL. Quality Management System (QMS), EMS, OHSAS, TPM, TS16949, TQM, 7QC TOOLS, QC STORY, 5S, Kaizen & Preparation of Manual Etc. NDT (Techniques)- Like RT,UT,VT,MPI,DPT,ECT Cold Forming, Hot Rolling, Galvanizing, Threading, BIS License Activity, Fabrication & Chemical,Mechanical Testing of Steel. Experienced in PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA Study and Process Flow.
