It centers on proactively solving problems to ensure new electrical modules are easy to repair, maintain, and service once they\'re in the field.Key KPIs1) Evaluate parts to define service, repair, and replacement requirements.2) Calculate precise man-hours for these tasks to ensure effective resource allocation.3) Contribute to the Design for Serviceability (DFS) process, ensuring products are built with maintenance in mind from the start.4) Work with design engineering to define strategies for new products.5) Evaluate the impact of change requests (CRs) and new product releases on current processes.6) Failure Analysis (FA) case reviews with engineering teams and communicate findings and resolutions to improve future designs.7) Keep the ownership experience in mind by providing data driven feedback on product serviceability.
