   Facilitate the execution of training events across more than 30 unique focus area requirements including: Combat Leadership Courses, Advanced Targeting Technology, multiple equipment platforms, and advanced geospatial techniques. Coordinate the resources from multiple governments and their agencies, resulting in more than international partner personnel gaining strategic mission-critical hands-on experience. Lead the Future Operations Department as the senior planner and 5 cross-organizational working groups to streamline planning processes. Reduced time to execute new initiatives by more than 25% by increasing shared understanding across multiple organizations involved. Maintain mission focus and adapt to shortfalls in resources through close coordination with the Current Operations and Sustainment departments, successfully reallocating resources or supplying rapid alternatives to meet constantly evolving project shifts.
