Serve as the principal account specialist for clients clearing and executing futures and cleared swaps. Manage the top relationships in the futures and cleared-swaps businesses, at times exceeding 60 clients with over separate accounts. Act as the official liaise between clients and internal teams in order to provide seamless account-opening experiences. Assist in the implementation of each client’s electronic trading entries for internal trading platforms and exchange-based systems. Train teams of account specialists in maintaining compliance with the firm’s internal operating procedures and industry guidelines. Provide ongoing advice and expertise in anti-money laundering procedures, customer identification programs, and Patriot Act requirements. Achievements: 🞜 Designed and implemented a training program for teams covering the cleared-swaps business.🞜 Trained and mentored new employees on the Client Due Diligence team. 🞜 Developed an online tracking tool to create transparency between the New Business Group and other areas of business.
