ABOUT PREETY SHARMA

With an M.B.A. in Finance from Jagannath International Management School and a CRCMP certification, I have developed advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, process automation, process documentation, client servicing, secondary research, and risk management. I am passionate about these domains and aspire to leverage my knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth and success of organisations. As a Lead Analyst at EY, I led a team of 4-5 people, enabling them to learn and grow in their jobs, providing constructive feedback, and getting the desired timely output by establishing a healthy and vigorous relationship. I was responsible for research and analysis in multiple processes related to establishing the independence of the Engagement Teams across the globe, complying with the EY Global Independence policy. I maintained high-quality standards and accuracy and ensured service delivery in stipulated TAT. I have received multiple awards for my exceptional quality scores and work ethic, such as the Extra Miler Award and the Rising Star Award.
