I am taking care of end to end recruitment and selection (Talent Acquisition) cycle for junior, middle and senior level positions- Acting as a POC (Point of Contact) for various client- Understanding the requirements and gathering relevant and necessary information from the teams/ clients- Sourcing resume from different sources; like- Job portals (Naukri.com and Monster.com)- Referencing from candidates and existing employees- LinkedIn Network- Headhunting- Job Posting- Mass Mailing- Calling the suitable candidates, taking telephonic interview and responsible for initial screening on the basis of their respective skills, CTC, notice period, academic records, communication skills etc- Lining up screened candidates for face to face interviews- Negotiating on salary and notice period and explain company profile and job profile in brief to the candidates- Sharing the profiles of shortlisted candidates to the clients- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their Date of joining and keep a track of the same.
