I am small town girl who respected passion and zeal to do things differently.With my interest in travel and chess, I managed to keep my work aligned to it. Spent about 22 years of working in different industry but recruitment gave me a different kick. From recruitment, my journey to a consultant began and finally landed up managing P&L and working on different strategies to ensure growth, efficiency and new era\'s are aligned.
