   Led the development of a new tool as the sole product owner, overseeing its entire lifecycle from conceptualization to launch.• Created a new Slack bot application to assist AWS employees with HR and employment-related inquiries. Successfully implemented the Beta version in under two months, followed by a rigorous two-month iteration phase, culminating in a successful launch to 8,500 users in India by February 2023. The insights from this launch drove the development of an enhanced MLP version that focused on refining search functionality within curated content using AWS Kendra Service.• Extended the tool\'s capabilities by integrating with various Inside Amazon resources, including wikis and HR tools, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses to user queries. Accountable for the seamless integration with PeopleSoft employee data, simplifying user attribute access and enabling personalized responses tailored to individual user attributes such as geography, employee level, tenure, and manager status.• Demonstrated exceptional project management skills by completing the MLP version within six months and successfully deploying it to AWS employees in three countries (Australia, UK, India), reaching a user base of employees.
