As a member of the Sports Committee, I have had the opportunity to organize four major sports events, including Sangharsh 2025 – the flagship inter-IIM sports tournament hosting 1,500+ participants from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, and Lucknow. My responsibilities spanned end-to-end event management, covering event branding, accommodation, scheduling, inventory management, sponsor handling, logistics planning, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution and high engagement. This experience not only strengthened my skills in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale event management, but also gave me the thrill of building platforms that foster competitive spirit and community bonding at a national level. Adding to the pride, I actively participated in multiple sports myself, and the cherry on top was IIM Lucknow emerging as the overall champion.
