Manage works to ensure effective delivery of planned works within completion date and contractual KPI\'s. Planning and scheduling of a multitude of telecoms programme, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, clients, local authority to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely outcomes. I am currently working on various BT openreach contract such as BT openreach ONSA contract, BT falcon ( full fibre) contract and many more. Take responsibility of escalating customer complaints with accuracy through the escalations team. Interpret job information from the client to ensure traffic management requirements and varying complex matters are considered up front to allow delivery and safety. Build solid relationships with Highways teams, suppliers and stakeholders managing specific expectations. Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate amount of work and correct mix of works are scheduled in for the operational delivery teams daily within Kier on the Openreach contract, to achieve maximum efficiency. The scheduling and permitting of all ONSA works received from Openreach, collating data for scheduled works of our operational delivery teams and providing support to the ONSA Coordinators.7. Raising street works permit applications in accordance with NRSWA 1991 and Local Authority permit schemes. Managing and responding to all modification requests and re-planning any permits that are refused by the Local Authorities. Processing all traffic management requests.9. Responsible for documenting work in progress and final costings.
