My personal health related issues post 2013-14 instigated me to get into the route cause analysis which was a basic requirement of my role as the head of compliance in SIHL. It took some time but finally I decided to get into my own venture that would not only give me the enterprising satisfaction but also helps me in bringing smiles on people’s faces by making those small but meaningful changes in their life styles. And that’s how ‘Plera wellness and ‘health coaching’ came into existence.While in today’s phygital (Physical+Digital) world, health coaching has become ‘from anywhere to anyone’ phenomena, at our Bandra (Mumbai) based Plera wellness studio we offer unique experience called ‘SALT THERAPY’. We are one of the very few ones who are offering this extremely effective therapy for all and especially those who are suffering from Respiratory illnesses (Asthma, bronchitises, cold/cough, breathless, ILD, cystic fibrosis and Pulmonary fibrosis.
