I’ve spent over 15 years in Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and Project Management; building high-performing teams, designing people strategies, and navigating the fast-paced world of global recruitment. From leading talent acquisition teams to managing workforce planning and stakeholder partnerships, I thrived on connecting the right talent to the right opportunity. But over time, I began to notice something deeper; a quiet undercurrent running through even the most successful people and organizations. Burnout. Disconnection. A quiet struggle behind high performance. That realization changed everything. I began to look beyond skill sets and job titles, into what truly drives people: their energy, emotions, and sense of purpose. I started integrating the principles of holistic wellbeing, emotional intelligence, and mindful leadership into my work, realizing that real success begins within. Today, I bring both worlds together: the structure of corporate leadership and the depth of human transformation. Through my company, HealinWithin, I help CEOs, executives, and teams recalibrate from the inside out; aligning strategy with soul, growth with grounding, and ambition with authenticity. My programs and workshops are designed to help leaders and organizations thrive without losing their balance, humanity, or joy. Because people perform best when they feel seen, supported, and connected to something deeper. I live by three guiding values: be unapologetically authentic, trust life’s unfolding, and keep healing simple.
