As a Principal Academic Consultant, I collaborate closely with academic and management teams to identify and address educational needs through a research-based approach. My responsibilities include designing and delivering innovative training programs, leading professional development workshops to strengthen teacher capabilities, and utilizing learner analytics to enhance program outcomes. I actively engage with school leaders to drive transformative academic changes, conduct research on the Science of Learning, and develop data-driven strategies to address learning gaps. Additionally, I prepare comprehensive review reports to showcase program impact and gain valuable insights into diverse educational environments through direct interaction with both private and government schools.
