Role & Responsibilities -Responsible for entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, manage interviews, salary negotiations, candidate engagement, candidate joining)Interact with the Team Lead/Mangers to fulfill their hiring needs for various projects & skill sets.Explore various sourcing channels like External Agencies, Employee referrals, Job portals, Job postings on various job portals/social networking sites, networking to identify qualified and technically fit resources.Conduct candidate discussions to understand their skills, competencies, role, career aspirations & salary fitment.Initiate Offer to selected candidates and ensure their joining for successful closure of the requirement.Handling the requirements of all kind of Levels (Junior, Mid-Level & Senior Level).Interacting with the BGV team and ensuring the basic verification in terms of documentation is completed on timeActive follow-ups with the offered candidates and guiding them with the details required for joining formalities.Interacting with Sourcing partners for Recruitment drives & targeting the fulfillment numbers across geographies.Handling the entire recruitment life cycle starting from job requirement gathering till on boarding the resource.
