My career didn’t follow a straight line and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Hey, I’m Preethi.I write like a marketer, think like a developer, and build with the empathy of someone who’s been on both sides of the product journey.I stepped into the corporate world with a passion for computer science and a curiosity that couldn’t sit still.My journey started in development, building backend systems, writing code, and solving problems. Infosys gave me the hands-on experience I craved, but something in me wanted more. I didn’t just want to build software, I wanted to understand how it reaches people, how it’s positioned, and how it’s perceived.So, I ventured into marketing. I freelanced with clients across sectors, diving deep into SEO, digital campaigns, and growth strategy. I wasn’t switching lanes, I was widening the road. I wanted to understand the full cycle, from code to customer.Then came Zoho. Working on developer products here was the bridge between my two worlds. I could geek out on APIs and SDKs while crafting content that speaks to developers. I saw first-hand how product documentation, onboarding experiences, and community content shape not just usage, but trust.Today, I bring both hats to the table, technical thinking with a marketer’s empathy. Whether it\'s structuring docs, scripting product videos, or strategizing developer engagement, my goal remains the same: simplify the complex and make the experience meaningful!
