Responsible for UK, European and Asia pacific recruitment.• Understanding the requirements from managers and formulating the Job Description.• Responsible for sourcing and screening information technology professionals for assigned positions, through various techniques including internet mining, cold calling and mining databases.• Short listing the candidates as per the requirements of various parameters like education, experience, technical skills, communication skills, compensation, assignments to be handled etc. • Evaluating the Candidates on different aspects. • Formatting of resumes in specific format prescribed by the company.• Providing and resolving the queries of the applicants on various aspects.• Coordinating with the Account manager and candidates to Fix-Up Interview Timings.• Follow up with the Offered Candidates & Checking on their Joining date. • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.• Responsible for the full-life cycle search and recruitment of candidates within the Information.• Submission of daily and weekly reports to management
