Lead day to day operations of Employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) for APAC region Partner with COE’s and HRBP’s for a meaningful journey from Onboarding to Offboarding Manage overall performance of the HR processes by providing strategic and operational leadership ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, quality, and accuracy. Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements, identification and mitigation of operational risks. Monitor HR service performance, KPI’s & SLA’s, utilizing key performance metrics and customer feedback. Collaborate with Global Process Owners, HRIT, and other relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage SLA’s and champion the implementation. Active participation in both internal and external audit aligning to the statutory laws to ensure internal HR controls are meeting the organizational standards Identify and implement process and practice improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, SOPs, with a focus on employee experience. Identifying and improving critical touchpoints to improve the employee experience. Conduct New Hire Orientation for the new hires. Provide coaching and identify training needs in development of the HR service Centre team. Accountable for the successful delivery of end-to-end payroll processing as a part of the Full & Final settlement for exiting employees Monitor and analyse work flow / feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, in partnership with regional service leaders.
