Working as Key Account Manager (Sales) and worked as BM - D at LIVSPACE and having total 12+ years of varied exposure and practical experience of Interior Designing. Holding the total responsibility of overall team performance. Designing, drawing and Estimation of project, Planning and execution of project to reach costumer schedule and maintain the quality standards. • Strong knowledge of the design process, including space planning, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials. • Ability to present and communicate design ideas quickly. • Knowledgeable about innovation & trends both in & outside of industry. • Experience in Select interior details, materials, color selections, furniture and furnishings lighting design, space planning, and detailing. • Responsible for conceptualizing and designing all aspects of Interior design projects including design presentations, either individually or as a part of team. • Detailed Drawing as per Client Standard Using Auto Cad. • Calculation of Quantities from Auto CAD drawings. • Handling clients and preparing Quotation as per Client’s requirement. • Utilizing Google sketchup to create realistic full color 3D Architectural models. • Advised client on interior design factors such as space planning and layout, utilization of furnishings and color coordination • Planned, designed and furnished interiors of residential buildings and knowledge of commercial properties • Perform surveys and collecting data to use in identifying Interior design business patterns for the direct market. • Good communication skills and very good team player, work well with all level of staff and management. • Making complete documentation of the job.
