Responsible for full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, interview, technical evaluation, rate negotiations- Developed employer branding, supported in creating a website,maintained an active company page, and initiated job fairs-Conduct extensive searches through job sites, job postings, internal database and search engines, networking etc-Effectively use traditional job boards such as Linkedin, Jobserve, Indeed, Total jobs etc. to recruit candidates.
