Working in different careers that allowed me to utilize this skill in different ways, I’ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business.Starting my career in Human Resources after experiencing diverse roles previously, I happen to recognise and understand about the most important asset of any organization; the people. As I majorly came across recruiting in start-ups. I tried my best to help people acknowledge the potential within themselves and be able to communicate that effectively to hiring managers. Also I have successfully managed the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews and closing positions. Additionally, I have been responsible for onboarding, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, employee engagement, payroll, compensation & benefits, HR reports, handling issues/conflict.I am always seeking an opportunity where my role offers me professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible.
