Preet Dhindsa is a CPA, CA and Chartered Director with ~30 years of professional experience primarily in oil & gas/ energy, financial services, and gaming & lottery industries, and M&A advisory roles with Big 4 global firms. Key CFO positions over the past 15 years required significant regulatory acumen, Board & Stakeholder interaction, executive leadership, and talent development. Preet is currently CFO of Enerflex Ltd, a Calgary-based public company that is a supplier of products & services to the global power generation, natural gas production and treated water solutions industries. Previously, Preet held the position of EVP & CFO at ENMAX Corporation, accountable for finance and information technology across operations throughout Alberta and Maine, USA. Earlier, Preet held the role of SVP & CFO, Global Banking & Markets (GBM) at Scotiabank, leading finance teams and managing critical regulatory relationships in Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to Scotiabank, Preet held the positions of: EVP, CAO & CFO at the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG); M&A post-merger integration leadership role with Ernst & Young; and Executive positions at INVESCO leading national sales, human resources and financePreet holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Statistics from Western University, Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Chartered Director designation from The Directors College - joint venture of McMaster University and Conference Board of Canada.
