a major role for Structural Analysis and Design of concrete structures prevailing across western territory (Maharashtra, Madya Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh). Key role of deployment was for product application and forensic engineering of structures and countering the practical analysis and study for impact of corrosion to embedded rebar in concrete; along with enhancing the SOB for brand.Due to major personal interest and willingness for Structural Analysis, Design, Drawing and Forensic study; I’m being associated with major developers, builders, government association & departments for serving the needful, with due network of sales forces. The major key role of challenge was countering the existing structural drawings by validating the differences and its impact on structure along with implementation of high-grade steel (Fe600) over regular grade (Fe500).Role in Technical Section:1. Forensic analysis of structure facing deterioration under climatic action for embedded steel in concrete.2. Incorporation and preparation of design tables and charts for high strength rebar like Fe600 in Indian Codal designs; ie upgrading IS456:200 with new design approach.3. Working on codal upgrading for IS13920:2016, SP16, SP34, IS1893:2017, IS800:2007.4. Planning, Analysis, Design, Drafting of various Structural members of high-rise buildings, residential apartments and villas.5. Incorporation of high strength steel into steel structures and incorporation into codal norms.6. Preparation of design basis report before commencing the designs so as to prepare a hard platform before stepping to structural modeling perspective to builder and design associated firm for Fe600.7. Project Management and Project Co-Ordination for completion of projects on due time.8. Proof checking & Validation of structural design basis report and structures.
