Handling and estimating inquiries for both new and existing clients.•Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain standard procedures and requirements, convey project costs, and negotiate completion dates and sample requirements.•Independently handling complete projects, including product evaluation, client communication, technical review of test plans and reports, and the certification process.•Construction evaluation at the board and system level, including schematic, layout, critical components, and mechanical construction analysis.•Preparing compliance reports for IEC, CB, BIS, TEC and NRTL approvals.•Involved in all types of quality-related testing, such as PT, Replicate & Retest, ILC, THD, and Earth Fit tests.•Inquiry management, technical discussions with customers, product construction review, feasibility and costing, providing trainings to lab engineers, verifying test results and setups, lab operations, and report preparation and review (CB + BIS + NRTL and SUD test reports) for IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 and 61010-1 products.•Certification activities with overseas SUD entities and independently handling secure customer projects.•Involved in internal and external audits and order management approvals.•Participated in BIS, TEC, NABL, CB, NRTL, and ZLS audits.•Handled various MAS and certification projects like CB, CE, BIS, TEC, cTUVus Mark, G & GS, TUV Bharat Mark, CE-LVD, UKCA, ANATEL, Singapore Safety Mark, MOIAT Certification for UAE, RCM, KC, and PSE.•Involved in CTF testing and CTF re-assessment audits.•Involved in the global certification process, including communicating with global reviewers and certifiers, checking standard requirements, managing the certification process, subcontracting, reviewing applications, and maintaining documentation.
