About Preeta Dhamdhere

I\'m a Junior at SCAD studying the Business of Beauty and Fragrance with Minors in Fragrance Marketing, Business Entrepreneurship, and Game Development. Through my degree, I have gained hands-on experience in consumer insights, marketing strategy, and visual merchandising. My time at Ulta Beauty as both a Beauty Advisor and Task Associate has given me a strong understanding of consumer behavior, merchandising, and how brands win at retail. Beyond academics and industry work, I’ve held multiple leadership positions such as Vice President of the Women and Queer Voices in Games Club and Event Planner and Secretary for the SCAD Makeup Artistry Club. These roles strengthened my skills in collaboration, communication, and community building. During my time as a Resident Mentor, I have had the opportunity to develop my problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills. I have also had the invaluable opportunity to make wonderful connections with my residents and have a positive impact on their college journey.
