ABOUT PREET PATEL
Preet Patel is an Investment Analyst at Hospitality Ventures Management Group, where he is responsible for evaluating and underwriting new hotel acquisitions and third-party management opportunities. In addition to his role at HVMG, Preet manages his family’s portfolio of hospitality and retail properties, overseeing asset management, contract negotiation, debt/equity placement, and investment evaluation.
