About Preet Joshi
A post-grad student trying to explore the dynamics of society through an interdisciplinary lens. I have a vast interest in reading and exploring new cultures, captivated by their historical and political nuances. Through the Gram Fellowship granted to me by IITGN, I have spent considerable time exploring the culture of the Rathwa community, participating in their tribal festivities. My focus lies in the realm of oral narratives, folk deities and tribal culture. My goal is to be in touch with the ground reality, unraveling the threads, that are often overlooked in the aspect of human expression.
